NAMILIUM（以下「本アプリ」）は、iPhone / iPad 上で音声をリアルタイムに解析・視覚化する音声スペクトラムアナライザーです。マイクの音、または利用者が選択した音楽ファイルを解析します。本アプリの開発者（松本肇、以下「当方」）は、利用者のプライバシーを最大限に尊重します。本ポリシーは、本アプリが情報をどのように取り扱うかを説明します。
本アプリは、利用者の個人情報を一切収集しません。本アプリはアカウント登録を必要とせず、氏名・メールアドレス・連絡先・位置情報・識別子などを取得しません。
本アプリはネットワーク通信を行わず、いかなるデータもデバイスの外部へ送信しません。すべての処理は利用者の端末内で完結します。外部サーバー・クラウドへのアップロードはありません。
本アプリは、機能の提供のために以下の権限を求めることがあります。取得したデータはいずれも端末内でのリアルタイム処理のみに使用され、保存・送信されません。
本アプリは、解析ツール・広告 SDK・クラッシュレポート・トラッキング技術を一切含みません。App Tracking Transparency（トラッキングの許可）を求めることはなく、広告識別子（IDFA）も利用しません。
アプリの設定・テーマ・選択したファイルへの参照などは、端末内のローカル領域にのみ保存されます。アプリを削除するとこれらも削除されます。
本アプリは個人情報を収集しないため、年齢を問わず安心してご利用いただけます。
収集する個人情報が存在しないため、第三者への提供・共有・販売は一切ありません。
本ポリシーは、必要に応じて改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は本ページ上で告知します。

NAMILIUM (the "App") is a real-time audio spectrum analyzer for iPhone and iPad. It analyzes sound from the microphone or an audio file you select. The developer of the App (Hajime Matsumoto, the "Developer") deeply respects your privacy. This policy explains how the App handles information.
The App collects no personal information whatsoever. It requires no account, and does not obtain your name, email address, contacts, location, or identifiers.
The App makes no network connections and transmits no data off your device. All processing happens entirely on your device. Nothing is uploaded to any server or cloud.
The App may request the following permissions to provide its features. Any data accessed is used solely for real-time on-device processing and is never stored or transmitted:
The App contains no analytics tools, advertising SDKs, crash reporters, or tracking technologies. It never asks for App Tracking Transparency permission and does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA).
App settings, themes, and references to files you select are stored only in the App's local storage on your device. Deleting the App removes them.
Because the App collects no personal information, it is safe to use for people of any age.
As no personal information is collected, none is ever shared, disclosed, or sold to third parties.
